1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the digital infrastructure provided by Daysells Technologies ("Daysells," "we," "us," or "our") at tech.daysells.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs your use of our enterprise IT services (Web, Mobile, and Custom Software Development) as well as our SaaS business tools, including our Professional Invoice and Quotation generators. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our platform immediately.
2. The Daysells Customer Protection Mandate
We operate on a foundation of absolute technical and financial integrity. To ensure a zero-risk environment for all parties, Daysells utilizes proprietary customer protection protocols across all engagements.
Whether you are generating a professional invoice for your own clients via our SaaS platform, or retaining our engineers for a custom software build, our customer protection frameworks ensure that funds, data, and deliverables are securely routed, milestone-verified, and strictly protected against fraud or breach of contract.
3. Use of SaaS Products (Invoices & Quotations)
When utilizing our automated document generation tools, you agree to the following conditions:
- Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the financial data, client details, and tax calculations you input into the invoice and quotation generators.
- Lawful Billing: You agree not to use our SaaS platform to generate fraudulent documents, conduct illegal transactions, or facilitate money laundering.
- Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. Daysells is not liable for unauthorized document generation resulting from compromised user accounts.
4. Enterprise IT Services & Consulting
For clients engaging Daysells for custom software, web, or mobile application development:
- Project Scope: All development work will be governed by a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) that supersedes general platform terms in the event of a conflict.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full and final settlement of all associated invoices, the intellectual property rights of the custom-developed codebase will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
- Platform Architecture: Daysells retains all rights to its pre-existing proprietary libraries, SaaS platforms, and internal deployment frameworks.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daysells Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Account Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions or violate our customer protection policies.
